Residential Program Manager

Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Residential Program Manager to join our team! The Residential Program Manager (RPM) will manage the day-to-day operation of residential homes. Pay range : $56,200 - $65,000/yr.

Residential Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage caseload of adults with developmental disabilities
• Supervise direct support staff and oversee the healthcare and medications system for clients
• Participate in annual Discovery Processes and Personal Plans
• Complete QIDP paperwork such as Implementation Strategies, monthly progress notes, HRC updates, and quarterly environmental reviews
• Carry 24-hour emergency cell phone

Residential Program Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social services required
• QIDP Certified Required
• Knowledgeable about required QIDP paperwork as per DHS
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities
