Licensed Practical Nurse

Orchard Village is seeking a Full Time LPN ( License Practical Nurse) to join the team.

License Practical Nurse Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to the Director of Health Services/RN-Trainer (RN-T) in the provision of services and support in the area of health and wellness for individuals living in 24-Hour CILA and intermittent homes. Assist in training agency employees in the areas of health, wellness, nutrition, and medical issues. Assist with completion of Annual Nursing Assessment, Health Risk Screening Tool (HRST), Nutritional Recommendations for each individual, and other regulatory paperwork. Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Licensed LPN with a current, unencumbered license
• Experience with people with disabilities in a community-based housing setting
• Valid driver's license, valid insurance and personal vehicle.
