This prestigious award was voted to be awarded to Paul by all of the clubs in Division 7. Presented by the Past Lt. Governor Dennis Dean, Lt. Governor David O'Rear, President Chief Tony Scarpelli, Eleanor Plotnick. Paul has been a member since 1986 and is the second person who is a member of this club to receive this award which is awarded once a year by the Division.
